Club Stickers

Post by Camo »

2 and a half weeks ago i ordered 2 FTO club stickers, and am still waiting on them.

He said that he goes to the post office once a week, and will send once payment if made. I sent payment on the day i ordered them.

have tried PMing smorison a few times, but he wont even reply anymore...

was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem, or if anyone has heard from him in the last little while???

i haven't checked pm's for a week or so been too busy at work...

i have them in my briefcase (packed them last night) i will get them out to you today...

the biggest delay as mentioned in a previous pm to you was that the shopping cart was destroyed by our friendly hackers. which was when i re-requested your address...

you also said you didn't care when you got them, now your complaining here? i don't get it.

Hey Camo,

Sorry about the delay.

The club really should have responded to you quicker, once your payment had been made. But as I'm sure you can understand, this club is our passion, not our profession/income, so sometimes we get busy and are a bit slower than we should be.

Doesn't meen we'll just keep your money though ;)

I'll add FTO shop response times to our May meeting agenda.

PM me if you have any questions.

Cheers,
Luca

i mean really its not that big a deal if i get them in a few days or a few weeks, its just more frustrating cause i want to put them on my car =)

i know its not a business, and can totally understand the delays, but as i'm sure you can understand i wanna put them on now =)

plus i thought this would speed up the precess a bit, keep it fresh in you mind =)

dont mean to be a difficult customer or anything. you can feel the love coming out from over here ;p

Hehe ... true the FTO, shop is closed. But the club still organises things like stickers etc... as we have seen here :D

However, for anything where money is involved, the club should react quickly, which is the point that I will raise.

Hope you enjoy those stickers Camo ... when they arrive ;)

Cheers,
Luca
