Clutch vibrations??? Normal???

I have a daiken exedy heavy duty clutch in my car. The problem is the clutch pedal vibrates heaps and at around 1000rpm idle the car shudders. As I floor it and the revs climb the clutch pedal just vibrates even more.
Now, I took the car back to the person who installed it all and told him about it. His words are "nothing you can do about it".
However I don't believe him and I am under the impression he just can't be stuffed fixing it.

Does anyone know anything????
