Post by RallyMad »

This probably will sound wierd to anyone with climate control so maybe yet another shout out to version R owners, my air-con light behind the switch is blown, can anyone give me a hint as to how to get behind there please?

Hah, so is mine!

Well actually, the little red light that comes on when you press the button is blown, and the backing light for the demister button above it also doesn't work. I'll have to pull it off and see what's up one day, but like above if anyone has any ideas I'd be glad to hear them...

Hah  , thats a little funny, my demister light works ok, I just, wouldn't mind having a better idea of how to pull the dash apart before I start undoing screws and pulling on panels :? , so if anybody can help us please do, not that it's urgent though.

I believe the aircon is exactly the same as the ones in CE Lancers... try searching on a local Lancer forum
LED ALL the things.

Yes, that may be supplanter but I'm a little more worried about removing panels properly with out damaging them, I can't see lancer owners being able to help me there but maybe some of you GPX owners that have changed the light for the climate control?

Hey guys, i've changed the lights on the climate control to LED, its piss easy....even easier if you want to just replace the bulb to stock ones.
Go to the DYI part with Ruchi's LED upgrade and that would give you a very good idea on how to replace the bulbs and also the standard bulb size required :)
