i want to try to refoam my seats and i need the covers off
open the door, look directly at the guide, on the bottom of the side of it is a plastic "whooseit" flick that out and theres a bloody long screw in there, remove it then slide the guide down, easy. :D

The cracks aren't from being in a crash guys. It is where they cut them to install new Aus Standard seatbelts. You have to do this when you get compliance. I have the exact same thing on my Trans Am as well.

Why would they cut them, the guides on the side of the seats allow the belt to slide in and out of it? You definitely don't need to cut the guide on the seat to remove the seat belt.

FTO seatbelt guides have a slot in allow the belt to be inserted and removed without needing to cut it.
LED ALL the things.

Sorry, you're right. I posted that without having a look at the car first. D'Oh! I only bought it on Monday and am very green when it comes to these cars. I know that they cut the guides in my Trans Am though.
