Just put a new timing belt on, followed the workshop manual to a tee—but I can’t seem to get the timing marks to line up properly. (I can't cross-reference the marks from the old belt because someone's threw it out, Probably because I left it in the kitchen)
The reason I think they are out on the left bank is because when I took her for a spin she sounded incredibly throaty I, so I stripped the timing covers off and after some select swear words were mentioned, I've drawn a conclusion I something sadly wrong.
Any advice? I’m at my wits' end here!"
Thanks guys n gals!
I have pictures, but i'm not sure how to upload them?
Hey mates, I’m having a bit of a drama with timing my FTO V6 MIVEC:

This forum has been dead for a bit now mate, you'd probably have more luck asking around in some of the FTO Facebook groups
