Planing an interior revamp.... need some advice

Post by CSV »

Man I feel pretty shame, I'm in the state where I forget the names of things  So, umm where can I buy the chrome ring things which go around your gauges..?
And also where can I pick up a set of white faced dials..? Sorry people this has already been covered a million times but yea, any help is appreciated...

Also, I'm planning to completly recover my seats in either black velor or suede..(sorry bout the spelling  ) What cost am I up for if I retrim my roof, front and back seats, and door cards?

:D thanks guys :D

I got a set of white dials and chrome ring surrounds from www.funkyproduct.co.uk in England. However I did have a relative coming over from the UK for Christmas who delivered them for me. Having said that, I haven't seen them yet (need to wait until Christmas day  ), and I won't be able to install them till I get my car back from the repairers in a few weeks. When that happens, I'll take some pics...

Type-F in the UK also sells the dial rings (http://www.type-f.co.uk/).

This was where I got mine from.
From FTO to EVO......

Well I finally got my rings and dials today, and they seem all good. However one problem is that although the kit is supposed to contain 3 speedo versions, mine only contains 2. And of course the one that is missing is the one that I need - the 0-180kph one. The two that I have are 0-180mph and 0-110mph. So I'll be getting back to them to ask them to supply the missing speedo ...

And of course I still don't have my car to put them into - will be at least another 3 weeks, probably more :(
