Manaul fto

Dose a manual fto need the strut bar at the top of the engine bay a friend took mine off and said it was a extra and he wanted it

It doesn't "need" it, but it's nice to have?

You should tell him to give it back to you and not to touch your car ever again instead of asking whether you need it or not.
