You won't notice a difference between a cheap and expensive cable in your car. The biggest factor to getting good quality sound in your car is noise insulation. If you don't have any decent insulation in there you're going to waste a lot of money on expensive setups.
If you're going bluetooth, it's best to make sure the phone and tablet are A2DP compatible. It's more convenient having it wireless and gives you higher quality streaming.

Nah even I notice it on mine
Music sounds better from a USB than it does through my phone and aux cord
Even the same song

USB and AUX are different though. Just with different AUX cords in your car you're not going to notice a difference (except for a placebo effect if you know 1 cord is more expensive)

Not true. A cord from the dollar shop doesn't have the same shielding as better quality cable.-Nighthawk- wrote:USB and AUX are different though. Just with different AUX cords in your car you're not going to notice a difference (except for a placebo effect if you know 1 cord is more expensive)
Crappy shielding will result in alternator whine and white noise.

Doesn't even state when resolution the display is, nor whether it is capacitive or resistive, or IPS, or anti glare etc...

I was looking at building one of those ages ago. Then 7" tablets came out.
