This is the input shaft speed sensor, mine is a 4 pin - yours might be a 3 pin. I wrote a thread with the part numbers for the differing sensors.
I also have a copy of CAPS so if you want me to check what sensor yours uses, just pm or email me you Chassis number.

alright i removed the battery and the battery plate, locate the damn bugger, removed the bolt that was bolting it, but i can only rotate it! can't pull it out! and i can't remove the damn cable dats plugged into it!!! grrrr
