    I have been in negitiations with the flare seller since 8am Saturday.
    Just waiting on postage cost now.

    The rule is that you are not allowed to post explosives.
    If they find it, x-ray/dog, I suppose they would conferscate it and maybe issue the sender a fine.

    I just phoned BIAS boating warehouse to find out how they send flares. They can't send them via AusPost or Startrack as they would be put on a plane.
    They send them via Toll, mark them as dangorous goods, and Toll courier them by truck only.
