i lower my car and i am looking fro some hard shocks fro my car in sydney and i am looking fro a cheap exhaust place

You could put KYB shocks on - they are mid range, I have them and so does smorison.... not too hard, not too soft. Only place I know in Syd you can get them is Unique Auto Sports at Castle Hill ( www.nismo.com.au Tel 02 9634 8000) - from memory somewhere around $1200 supplied and fitted,
or for really hard ride go Tein - even more expensive.
Some of the others have Koni's fitted.... but don;t know anything about them...

What exactly do you want to do with your exhaust? Is it something you need fixing, to change the look of your muffler, or after a performance system ie cat-back?

Also, how much "cheap" are you willing to spend? That will determine what exhaust changes you can go for.
