Lights

Post by SchumieFan »

Finally got annoyed enough today and replaced all the blown bulbs throughout my dash... but when i came to the 3mm bulbs in the switch for the driving lights i replaced the bulb fine, put the switch back in, heard a spark and god dammit... blew a 10a fuse under the hood. fine. replaced.

but.

now when i turn on my driving lights they dont go any brighter than they would if they were on park (prefacelift model)

so i needa bit of help. what have i done??? 8O

There are two globes in the driving light housing (aside from the indicator). There is a 5w T10 globe which is the parker globe and a 55w H3 globe which is the driving light globe.

In your case the parker light is working, the driving lights aren't. As to why, you'll need to work backwards and use a process of elimination.
