I will be over in Japan soon.. If I get time I am going shopping over there. Might try and pick up a few cars as well.. Put em in a mates name amd leave them there for 12 months in storage, and yellow plate import them.. :)

Am looking at R32 GTR's and early Evo's.

May look at some later model cars as well. Want to see if there are any 350z with twin turbo conversion already done.

If it works out better to get a late model car, rather than buy one from over here, then I will look at it.. But will see what funds permit at the time.

Yea I've been looking at them for a few days now. Was also going to buy until I got shipping quote at about $190...

If you can wait for sea itll only be 150. Thats for a set so fkn cheap. A good investment

Yea it was $190 for sea for me, I guess it's cos it probably comes into Sydney then needs freighting to Adelaide

That price isnt unique. I won a full set (front/rear GPvR braces) on Yahoo Japan a week or so ago for $35 each and postage to me (EMS air freight) wasnt anything like what they are quoting even for sea freight. They are just making the price for the item low and redeeming it with high postage. Similar tactic is quite often used on Ebay.
