Yeah, establishing a pty ltd under a family trust. Full business.
Not yet, am still in negotiations with my client with a few things.
Family trust is the way to go ... Just be aware though, it can be harder to get finance under that as a structure. And it does cause some headaches under the Anti Money Laundering Laws, so some institutions will not touch family trusts...
