If its free just do it and if you don't like it get a sports muffler or go back to the stock muffler.
My fto came with the cannon so I know no different.

Mine came with a cannon...Can't afford to remove it, sounds awesome, cops don't mind it, looks shiny...Quiet enough when idling...No complaints there!

save up the cash and do it right the first time just because you got something for free and you want to mod it to fit your car 9 times out of ten it will look sh*t and will cost you more cash to fix it the right way

Is it a generic cannon or is it branded?

I'll give you a can of pressurised air which you can suck on, the end result is the same, and saves the rest of us.

How did this thread even get to 2 pages!
!!
It's easy, do you own a truck? - if so a truck exhaust seems entirely appropriate.
Or do you own a sports car - if so then a sports exhaust seems entirely appropriate.
It's not rocket science,
But I stick with my previous statement, I think you should do it as long as we get vids and pics so we can laugh at its 'awesomeness' with you.

I was wondering, I find my exhaust a bit quiet. I have the standard twin pipes, so if I went to a single TIP do I add the diameter of both tips and get a single tip with say an extra cm of diameter? How loud will it get as I don't want to be Done over the db limit again!
Or maybe a square tip, how do these sound?
