Its not a super drager.
I have one - difference is the tip isnt big enough, and you should be able to see the HKS super drager logo on the tip. Mine has a much cleaner pitch than that one, maybe half a note higher.

I'm not looking for this one in particular, but something that sounds similar I suppose. If the HKS Superdragger makes the same tone then it's something to look at, but does it only come as a muffler and I'll need piping from the flange done custom or is there a bolt on option?

Correct me wrong, but I do believe that is a 5ZIGEN Pro Racer ZZ exhaust.
