As far as I know sunroof parts are generally expensive and hard to find. I THINK dstocks had a full one, but that was back in April. Theres a wreck at SuziTECH in Thornleigh - Akys' FTO. I think he had leaky seals though, perhaps. Try PMing dstocks or Akys or both.

Have you taken the roof lining out?

If the sunroof is leaking and it seems ok. It may be a blocked A frame Pipe where the water runs of to from the sun roof. ( in between the actual roof and inner lining)
Get a long piece of flexi wire and push it through them.

Any wire that is flexable and small enough to get into the A frame hole.
You can use anything as long as it doesn't break and gets stuck in it. A guy over here just used a stick he found in his yard beside his car and sorted it out.

If you strip back the lining you'll see a rubber pipe at each corner of the sunroof for draining excess water. Take them off. Give them a clean to make sure their not blocked and also in the A frame. You won't be able to see into the A frame so just giggle the wire around for a while to break up what's there. Might be just some hardened particles or bits of leafs that got washed down over time.
