here is the pics! by the look so fit its connected to the 'drop link'

the pole thing which is broken is outlined in red, any idea the cost of fixing would be?

That's your swaybar.
You can get it for nothing from a wrecked car the subframe will need to be lowered.
While you're at it get new bushes

Did you not notice odd handling?
I thought there would be a considerable amount of roll without that swaybar connected

Not that bad actually (at least it wasnt when mine went). You only really notice it if you throw the car into a corner.

You should be able to pick one up easy enough. Pretty sure ive got one, but would be surprised if you couldnt get one a bit closer to you.
