Alarm

Ok I have an alarm and immobiliser in my car. The is usually a flashing red light when I activate the alarm and it goes off when deactivated. After the panel beater did my front bar almost all my electrics went abit haywire. The red light is constantly solid even when my alarm is activated or deactivated. Anyone can point me in the right direction on how to start sussing the problem?
