Theres actually 2 yellow FTO in Vic i'm aware, one is a female driver.

I didn't know the yellow FTO was that rare!!! but come to think of if, yeah! But i always see a yellow one driven by a caucasian lady parked outside cnr of Darebin Rd and Victoria Rd, Northcote. Now i dont see it anymore!!!
