Matt, towbar as requested. Last pic shows where it needs to be rewelded. A good blast over with a mig would fix it, any welder could do it.
I've kept all botls & the wiring plug for a trailer, I even cut out half the FTO loom that its connected to so, you can reconnect accordingly
Im after a least $50 for it.

cheap for $50 indeed, though by that design I wouldn't trust towing much with that.
I would advise adding some triangle brackets and a under joist for extra support to stop flex. (the only issue with the under joist is that there is a muffler right there which most cars/ rvs with a tow bar have a tyre well.)
