Just wondering that whether can the fto cluster needle removed? and how to remove it? is it simply pull it out?

Yes to both..

They clip on.. So need a small screwdriver to pry off.. But they are temperamental little buggers and can be put back on in the slightly wrong place..
I just had to add it ......

will prob need it to be recalibrated to be perfect

good tip dont try putting it back on at 0 cause if you take off the little stoper at 0 it will go down to almost 6oclock position

easy done just put temp and fuel at lowest point and tacho/speedo at 6 0'clock when re-instaling ;)
