Hey guys,
My electric mirrors have all of a sudden stopped working. They are completely dead.
They used to work, I could fold both of them in, adjust both of them etc. but now nothing.
I've checked the fuse and it's fine. What else could it be? The only thing I can think of is some water got in there when I was washing the car. Could it be that?
I know the motors have a habit of dying but this would happen one mirror at a time correct?
Thanks.

It appears you can adjust them now (I'm sure it didn't work a few nights ago) but they still don't fold in.
How do I do that? It doesn't look like I can pry it out. Do I have to take part of the dash off or something?rock_it wrote:Take the switch itself out.. See if anything has come loose..

use a really small flathead driver with a cloth over it to just flick it out
