I miss my FTO :(

Post by manofwood »

Was just going through my photos of my car, and meeting up with the boys, cant believe its been over 3 years now. Now I have an RA28 Celica fastback I'm building, thinking I might go panda... Not sure yet.

Dan (Ralliartboy), Aza and myself at a mates garage, should've seen the looks us three got sweeping all 3 lanes of the Gt Western, mad!

Image

Me, Dan (Ralliartboy), Aza, Ben, Craig and AJ at Parra

Image

My favourite photo, with Nicholas and Ben at Wakefield, damn that was an awesome day, went through half my tires thrashing it there

Image

Me and Aza doing the advanced driving course at Oran Park (pollie pricks shut that down now mofo's)

And the end.

Wish I had a montage song for her :( At least I got to carve it up once before I killed her

Trying to change lanes to get into a servo on Princes Hway near Sutherland Australia Day, had a jacked up 4x4 in front so I couldnt see, turning into the outside lane and looking back to see if anyone was coming up, and bang, crash into this guy who decided he was allowed to park in an active Hway lane.

I cant remember my fastest lap Ben, dont think I even got a timeslip? And Aza, I cant have another FTO after wrecking that one, was by far the best car I've owned to date, I'd only be going backwards. Hopefully by the end of the year this car will surpass it

It actually did help out, got me out of a 90kph spin out. Just never expected someone to be parked on the highway.

I had one of those years ago. Good looking car lowered with some decent rubber under it. Have thought many times it would make a great racecar, with a modern turbo engine in it 8)
