Twin Exhaust Question
Going back through the forums, I came across the twin exhaust posting, so I would like to ask the question again, as I didn't get an answer before; what is the performance difference? While I would imagine the single is probably better, is the twin going to lose you much (if any)? It looks pretty cool, but it is no good if you are losing performance doing it!

Depends on the system and how it's done.
I've got an MR2 muffler on the back of my car, so I don't have much of a determental effect. The rest of my system has stayed the same (2.5 in piping from headers) If anything I've probably lost a little top end but have gained mid range.
some people will do two cannon muffers . . . I can't really say much about these setups but I suspect they won't be that efficient because of flow most likely won't be balanced between the two ends . . .

they need some sort of balance pipe when doing it this way... similar to what a 300zx has...
