Radiator hoses

Post by payaya »

Hey.

Anyone know where I can get these from locally? Or is it another glad wrap, electrical tape wait ages and order it from Camskill???

Don't want a repeat of being pulled over on the side of the freeway looking like a dick.

Thanks

Hmm not sure I want to get second hand hoses! I was stuck on busy busy arse freeway which was not moving with no emergency lane as they were going road works.

Ended up mounting the curb and I was on the grass. Leak was coming from the lower hose. Ended up pouring all the water from my overflow into the radiator which did nothing. I only had a sick pack of beer in the car and I was no sh*t about to poor a couple of bottles in. Ended up walking up the freeway and thank god I managed to get some milk cartons and filled them with water!

I also used me bloody footy scarf to open up the radiator cap!

Does the FTO have a low coolant level warning light? Think it should hahaha.

How good condition Bennoz? Could be an option or looks like a Camskill order which is a big joke when you think about it.

There was nothing wrong with them mate, as above, they were ditched in favour of the Samco ones. You can have them for nothing + postage.
