type of fto
I bought a fto recently. I was wondering how do I find out what kind of fto the car is. E.g. weather its a gpx, gp or what ever else there is. It's a 95 model auto with trip tronic and power Windows if that helps
Thanks in advanced.
P.s Ive been driving around in it for the first time today and the drive is so enjoyable

Re: type of fto
WTTC mate,
Do you have mivec? (check your engine does it say mivec on it)
Do you have blue seats with FTO written on them?
If you have mivec but no seats with FTO on them its a GPX.
If you have no mivec and no seats with FTO on them, its a GR or GX depending on your year model.
If you have mivec and the seats with FTO on them, its a GPvR.
If its 1.8L its a GS

I will check if its got the mivec tomorow morning. Regarding the roof. That cancer has been operated on. ( I had home made sunroofs on the car when I got it :p) this forum is great didn't expect such a big response. The cars got a lot of technical faults at the moment. Like the air con screen can't be seen at all to the side side mirrors not moving properly. I'm hoping this place can help me with these kinda problems
