Weather strips

Post by bas »

Hey guys, I recently found out that what i thought were 2 useless peices of rubber that i found in my boot when i bought the car are acctually weather strips.

My question is how do you make them stay on? looks like they've had some double sided tape on them previously, but what is best?

i have to do this too since some retard pulled mine off in the attempt to steal my car. but they just smashed the window in the end. anyways.

i bought glue but apparently its reccommended you get automotive strength double sided tape. i havent tried this yet though...

Double sided tape does not work really well. Sikaflex works a treat however
