not many workshops open on sunday main reason is do you know how much labour costs are for a sunday? not to mention most workers are fulltime and work Saturdays, dont know about you but I sure as hell dont want to work 7 days a weekFTO-BOY wrote:It's shocking that non of them are open on Sunday even for half the day?

Yeah but wouldn't your main flow of income would come from sat or sun when most actually has the time to do the stuff they need to do.

Your right that people generally have more time on weekends to do stuff but the jax crew want their weekends to get sh*t as wellFTO-BOY wrote:Yeah but wouldn't your main flow of income would come from sat or sun when most actually has the time to do the stuff they need to do.

I've used jax blacktown as well and can recommend them, they we're really helpful

nope majority of work comes during week.FTO-BOY wrote:Yeah but wouldn't your main flow of income would come from sat or sun when most actually has the time to do the stuff they need to do.
Got to remember people have RDO's and not to forget fleet work large company etc.
the cost of labour (time and a half/double time) too profits made on sunday would cost more money than you can make.

also when you get something done to your car its 10x easier just to drop it there in the morning and then pick it up in the afternoon on a weekday then on a weekend

Re: Tire shop near bennoz
I didn't get it aligned til this morning. The two shops that was only open yesterday couldn't do it. Tyrepower their machine was down and kmart tyres couldn't even get my car up their ramp! Haha
Went to bob Jane! They said I had where I had the most wear on my tyres they were out by 2degrees!! He had to put a camber pin at the front and he said he can't adjust the camber for the rear so made them toe in? Is that right?

Yeah if you can't adjust the camber directly, changing the toe will do it indirectly.
And I hope he's saying he can't adjust it because the rear camber adjustment bolts are worn & not that he can't find them...

Thats a worry. There are 2 very large and obvious bolts up under the rear that adjust the camberFTO-BOY wrote:Yeah I think he said I didn't adjust camber at the rear coz you don't or can't adjust camber on the rear? I'm going to ask again when I get my tires change this wed/thurs
