Factory Ts Bar (x2)

Post by dstocks »

Have a couple of the group buy facelift bars for sale. One is in Sydney and the other is in Batemans Bay (but easy to get to Canberra). Looking for $500 per bar which is the group buy price. You will not find a better fitting aftermarket bar than these and the build is top notch. The original cost me $1800 to make and generally this sort of bar would cost in the order of $800+.

Some photos:

This is one of the actual bars for sale.

And some photos of the bar fitted and painted:

but does that mean its going to just break on impact with something?

like...is it like normal fibreglass or does it act more like plastic

Its normal fibreglass. Normal plastic doesnt withstand that much of an impact either without distorting. You wont get aftermarket plastic bars (they dont exist). The only aftermarket bars are fibreglass or very occasionally carbon fibre which will have the same issue (but is much more expensive).

I guess put simply, the idea isnt to impact with anything.
