Squeaking noise (maybe shocks)

just today i noticed when i turned right on a roundabout, i heard sort of a light tapping noise that corresponded to the rotating speed of the wheel, - mostly heard it from the front on the driver side, not sure about passenger side, and when i go halfway to a left full lock, i can hear sort of some short squeaking noises, also same speed as the wheel, sounds like when you rub your finger accross a balloon for a split second. i checked and im pretty sure the tyres arent touching anything, no rubbing marks, and my tyres are about maybe 60mm+ from the guards and plastic inner guards,

would that be something to do with the shocks or something in the suspensions ? or worse , a wheel bearing ? might post a video tomorrow
