Just would like to determine what i should run and maybe help some other members out as the oil thread currently is mainly talking about gearbox oil.

I would like to know:

Type: Mineral, Semi Synthetic, Full Synthetic
Rating: (eg) 10w-40
Km's your engine has done:
How you drive it: Flogged constantly, Occasionally, Like a sissy

200000+ kilometers, shove in Magnetic because of sh*tty lifters.

No oil leaks nothing. Never have had an oil leak.
