At my work, bp highfields last night.

i hope u didnt look at my front bumper or notice how incredibly dirty my car is haha

Spotted this in the city on the 4th or 5th when I was having lunch at the coffee club, looks very clean and

I saw your front bar the other day silverGPX, too me a second to realise the bottom was missing, damage? Hope you get it fixed soon mate.

Yes it is completely missing because it snapped off in 4 places. im waiting for this girl rebecca to reply to me in marybourough so i can pick up a whole new veilside bar but no reply. Is either that or i take it to HiFi mart which i have heard arent the best. Its so embarrasing having your number plate ziptied to the steering rack cooler pipe lol

Don't be embarresed mate, at least your driving around in air-con at an FTO in this heat, I'm not.....

If your willing to be gideon pig for me I'd say hi-fi can't stuff it anymore than it already is, I've heard the same thing though I go in there a bit and talk to the owner. They have been very busy for months now so maybe things are better. Like I say if your willing to be try them it would be great for me. I'm hoping to get some work done later in the year.

Sorry for the of topic to the blue owner if he jumps in here at some stage in the future, or he might already be watching

Lol garth, i dont have a heater or aircon. The compressor was stuffed before i hit the hare, got one of pete for the best price in the world, then found out that i had a hole in the condensor because the hare pushed the screw for the outside temp sensor thru it. and my heater core was leaking so bad coolant steam was coming thru the vents and my windscreen was turning green.

I pretty much fuc.k.i.n.g hate my FTO now.

I cant even do it up im just spending all my money getting the freakin thing back in order. plus the gf is pissed because i never have any money anymore.

haha feels good to vent. but not green coolant

plus the thing handles worse than my old mazda 121, it wanders all over the road. my windows rattle, my rims have gutter rash, my horn sounds like its from the 1980's, i have had my exhaust fixed like 4 times and costing me so much that i might as well as of gotten a whole new system put in, oh and i musnt forget the oil that is pissing out of the back of my engine.

And the thing is i cant sell my fto and get another one because i have to fix everything first, so i might as well not sell it at all.

advice: if you ever buy an fto come up to toowoomba first and pick me up, and ill come down and have a look with you lol, oh yea and DO NOT buy from Affordable Family Vehicles in Southport. What was i thinking.

Sorry to hear that mate. I'm not having that many problems but Pete did with his first car. Just one bit at a time mate. I should get myself sorted in the next month or 2 and then I'll try to help as much as I can with stuff we can DIY. Horn is easy as are the window rattles. If your handling is that bad I wouldn't be suprised if the shocks are stuffed and you might have some stuffed bushes. Take it to pedders for a safety check. It's only $20 or something. They will tel you if anything is wrong then come and have a chat. Don't get any work done at Pedders though!
