Help with filters

What is needed to get a pod filter onto the car. Everything is completly stock and i want to put on a pod filter what needs to be done to achieve this. Nobody at the local car shops wants to help me out so i thought id try the one place where everyone is helpful(suck up much).

i saw a pod filter kit for the fto on ebay. dont know much reviews on it, but if u get that kit, i'd suggest you keep the intake pipe if it works out, then get a better pod filter as the one that comes with the kit might be of inferior quality. there are also threads in the DIY section on pod filters. sehkz it out.

take off the clip to the airbox, take off the airbox,
tighten clip onto pod

thats the easy way,

But a pod filter won't have any noticeable gains on its own, especially if its left to dangle in the engine bay to suck in all the hot air. To get any actual improvement, you'll need to get a bigger intake hose to replace the restrictive stock one. I'd reccomend the UAS kit which will have everything you need to get you started.

yup, sure do, but in terms of a cheap quick fit(sounds like thats what he was askin) its as simple as slippin on a rubber, makes a noise improvement but its not legal or beneficial
