The skyline crew had a cruise to Gosford through the Pacific Highway
1) Start at a random meeting point probably Dural Mcdonalds/KFC
2)Head out all together, go through galston gorge
3)On to the pacific hwy through Mt. Kuringai, Berowra, over moony moony creek
4)Insane Turns and bends
5)Then onto the Cnetral Coast Hwy to West Gosford
6) Hit the Gosford RSL for some lunch
7) Then Cruise back
In the middle might be some places to stop and take some photos i cant remember because it was a full on power cruise the whole way up and back.
But it was a lot of fun and though you guys might be interested in hitting it up.

Just as a suggestion, Cattai Ridge Rd off Old Northern Rd makes for a nice cruise. It is single lane, 80km/hr most of the way with rather little traffic. I just find it more of a relaxing drive than the gorge with nice scenery along the way.
You end up around Pitt Town / Windsor which has a few different restaurants to choose from.
