Post by nvr2low »

got bloody defected last night for blow of valve tinted tailights and they reckon my ecahust is to loud. I now have to gt the engineer to come look at it for the motor swap now 2. The cop was a real asshole aye he went through like 80 cars that were their even standard commodores.

ok fixed most of the car did the tail lights today. Orderd a new BOV and put my silencers in my exhaust.

The best thing about darwin is you don't get a fine or lose points for getting defected. So I was lucky. The cop didn't even look for the new engine number or anything I think he thought it was standard

they can go into a new car yard and put defects on the new cars just off the factory floor :? as every car has a defect or more. It just comes down to how hard they look.

As Aza said, its pretty much impossible to find any new or old car that is defect free. But some cop will look much harder than others when they pull you over in order to meet their quotas. Its BS but there's not much you can do about it.
