licensing a interstate car

Hi forum,

Intend to change my ride to RVR. problem is that the RVR is in QLD but im in perth. I've read from the licensing center's website that i need to own the car for more than a year to be able to license a interstate vehicle. so is there another way for me to license a interstate car ?

The RVR from the dealer also seems deregistered... so think i would need to get a road worthy cert for it.

just called the licensing center and seems that i could still get it registered but would require a inspection.
