side 1/4 glass

Post by col2560 »

is it possible to take the side 1/4 glass out, or are they glued in?

They definitly come out just not sure how. When my car was painted they had pulled them out. I would say they would be held in by a urethene type product though

Yep, ive pulled a few out. Youll need the same tools as they use to pull the front screen - they are glued in. I think the glass removal tool I picked up was about $50 (with the square wire inbetween 2 handles). You can pick up cheap ones at auto stores that are more like a knife, but they are too hard to use on that window.
