clutch adjustment

is there any way to adjust the clutch? mine engages about 1/2inch from the floor.

Yeah, up under the dash where the clutch pedal connects up to the master cylinder. Pull the split pin & lug out that connects it to the pedal, then you'll find the braket that connects to the master. The bracket itself is held in place on a thread by a lock nut, just undo the nut & wind the connector as far in or out as you need, then lock it back up. I can't recall which way you need to go thou..
