I can just remember a longggg time ago the people mucking around with extractors found they could level out that dip in power and torque when mivec kicks in.

ive got the rpw racing down pipes and flexi pipe but im looking at a better flowing flexi pipe
ah ok cool. Maybe that much of a dip is just normal then. It's not like you can feel it anyway, right?
Everyone else seems to run RPW extractors and not just down pipes, though I can remember when the UAS down pipes were made it was found that the decrease in the dip there was one of the major benefits and talking points. Though they look pretty similar to those RPW down pipes so I'm guessing it is just normal.

nope i cant feel the dip at all the person that mapped the car has done such a good job i cant feel the mivec kick in some times the power just keeps coming
and with the cyborg box and fidanza ally fly wheel it picks up very quick

it is a hatch
over hear its a 1.6 glxi colt mirage cos its the mirage body kit i got on it that was standerd on my spec of car over your way its called a ce lancer , i dont no why they dont just have one name for it around the world
Nope, over our way that is still called a Mirage. Only the new body shapes have gone back to a colt name for us.
Over here if it's a hatch it's a mirage. Doesn't become a lancer unless it's a sedan. Can understand the confusion though and agree with you, should be the same everywhere. I know in Japan that 3 door sedans used to be called mirages as well. Had to be a 4 door sedan until it was called a lancer over there.
