Decisions,Decisions,Decisions
Well i have been up in Rye (Beach Hotspot away from melbourne about 2hours) for the last week and m car had been waxd and washed and it was parked on a hill facing the main road. On the last night a guy knocked on the door and said i love your car i will give you 17,000 for it on the spot (he was about 50 years old, really rich guy-drove a SLK mercedez).
Now i never intended to sell my FTO but 17k is a lot of money especially for an FTO and i have no idea what to do, do isell it and buy anothe car or jsut keep the car, i was intending to sell in 2 years when im 21.iv been working and have saved up some cash so..
So i have three options:
1: Keep The Car
2: Buy one of the following cars:(opinions please)
1: Evo 7-8 (depending on price)
2: 2004 Ford XR6T around 20k for one in good condition
3: 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 25GT-T (18k)
4: 1998 Toyota supra (single turbo) (20k)
3: Last option is to take the money buy a 2000 dollar car and put the 15k along with the money i have saved and put it on a house deposit, buy a house and have people renting the house to pay it off..

If you were going to sell the FTO anyway mate I would take an offer like that when you have it. Offers like that don't come around very often and if you decide later to get another FTO you could easily with that sort of cash.
If I was you I'd be buying some new basic transport and getting a house. Especially with current interest rates and the first home owners grants. Getting very close to a perfect time for young buyers in my opinion. I'm no real estate agent though, just an accountant

you could probably get a evo3 or older no way an evo 7, they are easily 25k +
I have to admit though, I would take him up on that offer, as 17k is an insanely good offer (I paid exactly half that amount for my fto).
A house would be a good investment at the moment, due to the interest rate drops recently and the cheaper real estate available. In the end its up too you.

Your an idiot if you dont
CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Yeah I woulda sold it definitly too... I wouldn't be getting the ford, especially considering that the year you listed had the problem with the gearbox... You can find evo6's for 17k. Consider a late model sky.line though, the 350gt. I've seen a lot go cheap around the 20k mark. Goes hard, looks sweet and has all the options you could ever want. Pretty sure they came with sat nav standard on the gt's too with a pop up screen...

I really do want to buy a house but im only young once and want to live,
i defnitely want something with a turbo and the one thing i like about skylines they are power machines and it doesnt costm uch to make them even more powerful and there engines can ahndle boost to.
Evo i probably wont go for so it would be between the XR6T or the Skyline R34 25GT-T
