OK, last Friday I had my cam belt, water pump, tension bearing & ilder bearing done. It was fine upto half way through Sunday where sometimes (it was a 50/50) I would start the car but once in Reverse or Drive the revs would drop to about 500rpm then the engine would cut out.
Today Ive taken it back and it seems OK, the engine sounds like it used to before and hasnt cut out but unsure on my revs. When I turn it on it goes to 1500-2000 as normal, down to about 1000 after a few seconds and stays there while on Park. When switching to Reverse or Drive it drops to 500 but doesnt cut out.
Does it normally drop that low? I dont know if it does or doesnt just that Im paranoid now. It idles at about 600 though once its in a gear. Just want peace of mind so I know my car is fully serviced and now wont need any more major work!

Sounds normal.
CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Agree....this was happening and thought it was my stepper, but it fixed it self and now it idles around 600-800 and has not cut off. I just drove it around like it was for about a week and the prolem fixed itself.I8A4RE wrote:Sounds normal.
