with the who's at fault thing, it is all about what you can prove...

i think i'm going have to write up something about this in the insurance section... seems like you lot keep getting into accident, might as well make things clear. *note to self: get someone to stick it when i write it up*

The guy seems pretty honest if he's willingg to pay for it, hard to find honest people on our roads these days willing to pay for their mistakes rather than defend them
