whining noise when reving

I think the whinning noise from my fto is coming from its exhaust, maybe a hole in the muffler somewhere.

hole inmuffler will make a deeper note

maybe youhave an air leak in intake somewhere thatwill cause a high pitched wine

Yeh i guess it would be deeper if it was in the muffler. Thanks for the offer aza, i'll take you up on that.
