Just playing with a buggered panel at this stage. Apart from the fact that I havent got it quite straight, what do you think?

CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

I have been looking at this over the last 3 days  and looking at cars out on the street that have the vents and a lot of them are the same size or smaller.
its starting to grow on me :D

and I will say that you did a great job installing it to even for a test run.

    1) Needs to be bigger
    2) Not the right shape to match the fender

It neds to follow the curve of the wheel arch if you ask me ... That is the way I would design it ... Actually it is the way I want to do it, but just saving at the moment ... Hmmm maybe I should not of said anything and kept it to myself ...

Once it was blended in it you wouldnt notice the shape. Im leaning towards bigger as well though. They just didnt sell them any bigger and wanted to have something to have a bit of a tinker with.

Would love something like the Kaze ones. I have plenty of sheet metal lying around and the wife has just done a mig course and is keen to put it to use, so maybe ill try and duplicate those.
