Don't buy stock rotors, they are a rip off. Get DBA ones from repco, rpw or supercheap. I think the slotted rotors are $150 each. The part numbers are below:

DBA 425 - stock front rotors
DBA 425S - Slotted front rotors

Dont get 400 series, they are just standard rotors with holes or slots machined into them.

Part numbers for 4000 series are here.

DBA527 rear ones only seems to come as stock rotors, but I do recall seeing 4000 series rear rotors on an FTO :?

all these part numbers are assuming you have a GPX, I think GR,GX and GS are different sizes

Disc Brakes Australia is the company.

      Stock front rotor numbers are:
      DBA 425L - front left
      DBA 425R - front right

      Slotted front rotor numbers are:
      DBA 425SL - front left
      DBA 425SR - front right

      Stock rear rotor numbers are:
      DBA 527L - rear left
      DBA 527R - rear right

rears are smaller than the fronts so no, they ain't the same.
Repco or Autobarn should be able to confirm those part numbers.
