hw to change the colour of the gauges in the dash

Hey guys how do you change the colour of the lights behind the gauges i have seen those sleeves u can put ova the globes but what is the best way

i changed them to white faced dials and i will change them to LEDS do i just buy them from auto barn or sumting. Mine are currently like a greeny colour is that them like standard
