if your headlights are delaminating we have a great DIY that fixes this (go to diy section)....other than that, someone may have spares if your really keen on new ones, and mitsubishi sells them for about $700 each headlight.
as for the 2 rings. i believe thats for a fire extinguisher...or if you really want, a nos tank holder.

If you've got a couple of hours to spare, really to recommend the DIY! Can do it by hand, so you don't even need a buffing machine.
Just ask if u run into probs, done it a couple of times to a couple of different cars now.

try to aviod replacing the lights at all costs, i asked around if anyone would sell me just the cover but no such luck.
the diy is really easy and they will come up as good as new for most problems without the $1500 price tag
im under the impression atm that most of you with the rings have got your fto's with them empty, mine came with a flare as i know just enough japanese to understand that. pretty usefull for some owners in japan but not here really.
the rice fields in japan are EVERYWHERE and if you live outside the city, the streets have a deep drop either side where the fields are and they often arnt paved so its common for their cars to roll off
hence the flare

If you don't want to bother de-laminating / polishing the lights yourself .. Sammi put the details of the place she paid to do hers in the QLD section - just look for the stickied thread "Reputable FTO Repairers" From memory it cost her $80 to have it done.
Cars in Japan are/were required to carry flares in case of a break down or crash etc .. Like DStocks said, a torch fits in there well .. I've got a mini mag-light for mine.
You've probably noticed the discussions that go on when we're organising a cruise .. we normally try to arrange a day that suits everyone / as many people as possible .. so not necessarily always a Sunday
If you have any suggestions for cruises etc jump in on the discussion in the QLD section
