Major Service - Water Pump?

I bring my car and ask a quote for major service, and they tell me it's better to change the water pump with the serivce, since I don't have to pay for labour again in case it got problem later.

Any one here got ideal should I change it as well? anyone here changed their water pump already ?? who many Km you done with your car when you change it ?
