Crack in rear bumper

Hi All

I have a split in my rear bumper, above the exhaust tip going about an inch up, and just under where the lip is.

What would be the best way to have this fixed, and possible prices.

Have a read through what I did for my front bumper. The crack was around 7 cm long and yeh, its all here.
